Scope / Profile of Position
The Regional Head is responsible for development and planning capability in the region, complete marketing & operations, as also financial, quality, HR and administrative management of the Region.
As team leader he needs to own the Budgeted target for the Western region and take full ownership of solution selling and support.
· Responsible for running the Lemuir Group Operations for Western India ( Gujarat, Maharashtra , Goa & MP) as a Profit Centre
· Setting up of new offices, expansion and development of existing locations and infrastructure to keep ahead of business demands as per the Business Plan.
· Drive sales execution to over achieve Revenue targets.
· Monitor & manage actual costs vs. budgeted costs as per the Business Plan.
· Need based recruitment , training and developing teams across Western India for Lemuir Business
· Improve efficiency and profitability of locations in Western India , by establishing KRAs, KPIs and performance measuring tools
· Contribute to Processes, Training Module development & implement in India
· Conduct periodic audits on Processes, Compliance and Cost
· Periodically review customers needs & SLA’s with the Business Development team to ensure compliance to agreed SLAs.
· Periodically assess the operations for existing contracts to ensure sustained profitability
· Provide inputs on trends in Project Logistics & suggest directions for future business growth and expansion.
· Any other area incidental and ancillary to business or management may assign from time to time
· Continuously benchmark the company with the best practices in the industry
